Once you have placed your order, we will reach out to you with a cut sheet. You review the cut sheet and let us know what cuts/specialty items you would like to order. When the butcher date arrives, we transport the hog to the butcher and reach back out to you with the total cost of your order since the pricing is based upon the actual hang weight. Once the meat has been processed by the local butcher we will set up a pickup/drop off time for the order. If the order is being picked up at the butcher we will need to be paid in full prior to pick up. If you choose to do pick up at the Farm you can pay at pick up. If you choose to have your order delivered, there will be an additional fee.
